Key Responsibilities:

• Managing & increasing the assigned Current Account (CA) sales target to achieve bank wide strategy to enhance current account deposit.
• Acquire new retail clients through developing professional relationships based on trust, empathy, credibility, and ethical conduct.
• Advise retail clients on their personal financial needs and objectives by analyzing their financial needs and objectives.
• Perform acceptance checks and on-boarding of retail clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform ongoing servicing of retail client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic banking services.
• Provide highest level of customer service.
• Cross sell various products such as Consumer and Insurance products
• Keep abreast of technology applications e.g. digital banking and pay effort in service migration.

Job Summary / Purpose:

• Responsibility for facilitating delivery of exceptional services to customers and managing existing key customer relationships, acquiring NTB customer to help in growing branch deposit and business.
Financial Accountability:
• Total revenue / Bank Level:  As per assigned KPIs/PAM targets
• Total operating cost budget: Achievement of revenue and expense budget

• Achieve CA (LCY & FCY) – Targets
• Achieve Core Deposit — Targets
• Achieve NTB Acquisition — Accounts Targets
• Achieve Consumer Secured/Unsecured Targets
• Achieve Banca/Wealth Management Targets
• Initiate / Learn the operational aspect of branch

Communications And Working Relationships:


• Branches, District, Region, Cluster HO and staff from different cross functional units of the Bank
• Customers & Auditors etc
